Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me..."
Matthew 19:14
Leap Ahead Preschool is a nine-month preschool program for young children that started in July 2012. Our goal is to provide a safe learning environment in which children can grow socially, emotionally, physically, intellectually, and academically. Children have opportunity to participate in both large and small group activities each day. There is also time for a child to play or work independently, along with one-on-one time with classroom teachers.
At Leap Ahead Preschool we will help ease your child into a preschool setting, while providing your child with an academic core. We want to nurture our student’s growth while taking their enthusiasm for play and exploration and create a fun learning environment.
Children need individual attention, therefore our classroom is designed that each student will get one-on-one time with the teacher, as well as learning to work within large and small groups.
Parent involvement is essential in a child's life and Leap Ahead Preschool staff will ensure that the whole family feels like a part of the Leap Ahead Preschool Family! We want our students first learning years to be memorable and a positive experience; an experience that you and your child will cherish for the rest of your lives.
Overall Leap Ahead Preschool has a fun learning atmosphere where your child can express themselves. Since preschool is the starting point of a child's education, our goal is for every child will walk out of the classroom feeling loved and they “love” going to school. A positive school experience will only further their education and make your child more eager to learn!
Leap Ahead Preschool is licensed under Burleigh County Social Services. Our staff is highly trained and passionate about the growth and development of your children.
Although, our facility is keycard access, we still have an “open door policy” and encourage you to stop by for a visit!
For more information and details please read our full Parent Handbook.
